FAQs
What time do I need to be there?
The gates will open at 8:00am and the run will begin at 9:15am. Early online registration will help with expedited check in process, however we do recommend getting there as soon as possible to avoid delays.
Are Pets Allowed?
Please leave your furry friends at home due to the possibility of law enforcement animals being present.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
While there are no age limitations, any walkers or runners of all ages will be required to purchase an event pass. Parents who choose to push their child in a stroller will not be required to pay for the child in the stroller. However, parents are responsible for properly protecting their child from exposure to the powder. Although the color powder is non-toxic, we suggest you protect from the possibility of powder landing inside the stroller to avoid excess inhalation or direct contact with eyes.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There will be plenty of parking available at the Hillcrest Zoo parking lot by the AYSO soccer fields. That is where the event will begin this year.
What can I bring into the event?
We will have lawn blowers there to blow excess powder off of runners as they’re leaving. However as extra protection, we suggest you bring a towel or plastic to cover the inside of your car after the run is over.
